Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Investment CBI International LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as CBI Ventures ("CBI Ventures", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to the CBI Ventures website at cbi-ventures.com and to every application, product and service we operate that links to these Terms (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, installing our apps, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" then means that organization.

Some products have additional rules that apply alongside these Terms, such as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where a product-specific rule conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific rule controls for that product. You can reach us at any time at contact@cbi-ventures.com.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below.

• Services means the CBI Ventures website, apps, and any product or feature we operate that links to these Terms, including Tradvex, High Risk Evaluations and FinanceCore.
• User means any person who accesses or uses the Services, whether on a free or paid plan.
• Signal means a piece of trading information published inside the Services, such as an instrument, direction, entry level or target, shared for educational and informational purposes only.
• Trader means a User who publishes Signals through the Services. Traders see anonymized, aggregated feedback about how a Signal performed and never see the identity of the Users who follow it.
• Broker means a separate, independent financial firm that holds your funds and executes your trades. CBI Ventures is not a Broker.
• Subscription means a paid plan that gives a User access to premium features and Signal data for a recurring billing period.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old and old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. By using the Services you represent that:

• you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms;
• you are not located in, and not a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not a person with whom we are prohibited from dealing under applicable trade or economic sanctions laws;
• you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services; and
• your use of the Services is lawful in the place where you access them.

You are responsible for checking that using a trading-signals product, and trading itself, is permitted in your country before you sign up. We may refuse, limit, or withdraw access where we reasonably believe use would breach these requirements.

4. Our services

CBI Ventures builds and operates its own finance and technology software. The Services currently include the following products.

• Tradvex is a mobile trading-signals platform. Verified Traders publish Signals, and Users can view them and choose to copy trades through an affiliated Broker. Tradvex organises and presents information; it does not place trades for you and does not hold your money.
• High Risk Evaluations is a risk-evaluation engine that scores financial setups and turns raw market data into a clear grade. It is an information tool, not a promise of any outcome.
• FinanceCore is the shared software foundation that our products are built on, covering market-data handling, accounts and related infrastructure.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may release new products under these Terms. We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Some features depend on third parties, such as app stores and Brokers, whose availability we do not control.

5. Accounts and security

You may need an account to use some parts of the Services. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

• Choose a strong password and do not reuse it on other sites.
• Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
• Tell us promptly at contact@cbi-ventures.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We are not responsible for losses caused by someone using your account because you failed to keep your credentials secure. We may require identity checks and may suspend an account while we investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions, fees and renewals

The Services offer a free tier and one or more paid Subscription plans. A free plan gives limited access, and certain premium Signal data and features are available only on a paid plan. Where a Signal is locked on your plan, sensitive values such as prices and targets are hidden until you upgrade.

Billing period. Paid plans are billed in advance for a recurring period, for example monthly or yearly, as shown at the point of purchase. The price, currency, and billing period that apply to you are the ones displayed when you subscribe.

Renewal. Unless stated otherwise, Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, so that your access continues without interruption. We will bill the payment method on file for each renewal.

Cancellation. You can cancel a Subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then reverts to the free tier. Where you buy through an app store, you manage and cancel the Subscription through that store, and its billing rules also apply.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we state otherwise in writing. We may change our prices, and we will give you reasonable notice of a price change before it applies to your next renewal so that you can cancel if you do not accept it.

Paying for a Subscription buys access to information and software features. It does not buy a trade, a financial product, or any promised return.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data or Signals from the Services by any automated means;
• copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Signals or other content without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of the Services, except to the limited extent the law does not allow this restriction;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services, or try to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network;
• upload malware, or use the Services to send spam or to harass, threaten, or abuse other people;
• use the Services for money laundering, market manipulation, or any other unlawful activity, or to breach the terms of a Broker or app store; or
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organization.

We may investigate and take action against conduct that breaks these rules, including removing content and suspending accounts.

8. Brokers and third-party services

The Services connect to independent third parties, most importantly Brokers. CBI Ventures may have affiliate or referral relationships with Brokers, such as Axi, and may receive a fee when you open or fund an account with them. We will identify a broker relationship where the law requires it, and an affiliate relationship does not change the terms below.

When you trade, the Broker, not CBI Ventures, holds your funds, opens and closes your positions, and provides the trading account. Your relationship with a Broker is governed by that Broker's own agreement, and you should read it carefully. CBI Ventures is not a Broker, is not a custodian of your money, and is not a bank, dealer, portfolio manager, or investment adviser.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, execution quality, or solvency of any Broker or other third party, and we do not control their platforms or decisions. Any dispute about a trade, an order, a deposit, or a withdrawal is between you and the Broker.

9. No financial advice and trading risk

Signals and other content in the Services are educational and informational only. They are general information, not personal advice, and not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not know your financial situation, and nothing in the Services is tailored to it.

Trading carries a real risk of loss. Trading leveraged products such as forex, contracts for difference, and similar instruments is high risk. Prices move quickly and unpredictably, and leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose some, all, or in some cases more than the money you deposit. Past performance of a Signal or a Trader is not a reliable guide to future results.

Every trading decision you make is your own. You are responsible for deciding whether a trade is suitable for you, and you should seek independent advice from a licensed professional if you are unsure. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including the software, design, text, graphics, the CBI Ventures and product names, logos, and all related intellectual property, are owned by Investment CBI International LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose while you comply with these Terms.

This license does not transfer any ownership to you. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notice, and you may not use our names or logos without our prior written consent. All rights that we do not expressly grant are reserved.

11. User content and feedback

You keep ownership of the content you submit through the Services, such as messages, support requests, and any Signals a Trader publishes. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not break any law or these Terms.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you and without payment. We may also use anonymized and aggregated information about how the Services are used, including how Signals perform, to run and improve our products. Aggregated information does not identify you.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any Signal, score, or piece of market data is correct or timely.

We make no warranty or guarantee that using the Services will be profitable, will avoid a loss, or will produce any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBI Ventures and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

In particular, and because we are not a Broker and do not place trades, we are not liable for any trading loss you incur, or for the acts or omissions of any Broker or other third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in that period or one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CBI Ventures and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or the content you submit. We may take over the defense of any matter subject to this section, and if we do, you agree to cooperate with us.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, if a Broker or app store requires it, or if we reasonably believe your use creates a risk to other users, to third parties, or to us.

When your access ends, your right to use the Services stops immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive, including the sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, continue to apply after termination. Fees already paid are handled under the Subscriptions section above.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to how the Services work. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to tell you, such as a notice in the app or an email.

Changes take effect when they are posted, unless we say otherwise. By continuing to use the Services after an update, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the Services and cancel any Subscription.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at contact@cbi-ventures.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
